Position -
Bend your index finger and bring it to the base of the thumb and press
it lightly with the thumb. Try to maintain
the other fingers extended and straight.
Specialty - Vayu means air and this specific mudra help channel the flow
and balance of air inside the body.
Benefits – Vayu mudra helps correct the disorders caused by gases or
air pressures in the stomach. Vayu mudra
is used for pain management for people with joint pain, arthritis and,
rheumatism. For healthy people, Vayu
mudra is an excellent preventive measure against all vata (cool, cold, dry) related
problems.
