Position - The middle finger rests on the
mound of your thumb. Bend your thumb and
gently press down the middle finger. Try to maintain the remaining fingers
straight and extended up.
Specialty - This mudra helps with conditions
related to hearing.
Benefits - It helps in relieving an earache,
ringing noises in the air. This mudra is
also used in overcoming travel sickness or vertigo. If practiced regularly, Shunya Mudra helps
reduce the dullness in our body.
