The Linga Mudra is the mudra of heat and energy.

Position – Bring the palms together in front
of your heart pressing them gently. Then
interlock the four fingers keeping the thumb of the left hand vertical. To complete this mudra, encircle the thumb of
the left hand with the index finger and the thumb of the right hand.
Benefits – Energizes and revitalizes your body, helps combat severe cold and bronchial infections, helps strengthen the lungs make them powerful, if practiced longer, Linga Mudra can cause your body to sweat and give you a good workout.
