The Apana Vayu Mudra is the mudra of the heart.
Category - Hasta Mudras (Hand mudras)
Position – Press gently the tip of the middle
finger and ring finger to the tip of the thumb.
While tip of the index finger touches the base of the thumb. Keep the little finger (pinky) straight.
Benefits – Helps improve the health and strength of the heart. Daily practice also helps regulate excretory systems and restores the gas related problems in your body.
